You are not obligated to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide this information, it will not be possible to establish a cooperation, and we will not be able to provide you with our services.

Purpose

To process your inquiry or application optimally, Tegratech GmbH collects, processes, and uses relevant data about you. The processing of personal data is carried out exclusively to fulfill the requested service and to safeguard our legitimate economic interests. We collect, process, and use your data based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Federal Data Protection Act for the following purposes: to make a decision regarding the establishment of an employment relationship within the framework of temporary employment to get in touch with you or maintain this contact to fulfill judicial or official orders, other legal obligations, or to defend or enforce legal claims.

Duration of Data Storage and Deletion

Your personal data will be stored by us for 2 years. If an employment relationship is established with you, we will delete your personal data when the contractual relationship with you has ended, all mutual claims have been fulfilled, and there are no legal retention obligations or legal justifications for further storage.

Disclosure to Third Parties

Your data will be accessible to responsible employees of Tegratech GmbH, as well as responsible employees of customer companies to which your application refers. Tegratech GmbH has selected and commissioned certain service providers to carry out individual processes and services.
